Our Full-Service Weekly Lawn Maintenance, Commercial Maintenance, and Community Maintenance is a flat rate billed monthly during the season (April - Oct). This fee is based on the size of your property and scope of work.

We evaluate your property during a walkthrough and provide a clear, all-inclusive weekly price so you always know what to expect.
Installations/Outdoor living projects, and xeriscaping are priced as fixed projects, not hourly work.

Because every property is different, pricing is based on your layout, design, and material selections. We walk the property with you and build a plan that fits your goals and budget.
Spring/Fall Cleanups are typically priced as a one-time service, based on:

Amount of debris
Level of detail requested
Some cleanups are quoted as a flat rate, while larger or more variable projects may be priced hourly.
We’ll always walk the property first and explain exactly how the pricing will work before getting started.
Our Signature Service is a seasonal applications completed once per season and can be included in your weekly maintenance program or scheduled as a standalone, flat-rate service.

Absolutely! We take pride in maintaining your property all season long. If the grass doesn’t need our attention one week, then we are happy to do a light clean up, maintain hard surfaces, and ensure your property looks its best!
